Chris Mills, writer of the amazing Perils on Planet X ! has very kindly posted about The Fire Gods of Venus on his blog. Perils is a Burrough's /Flash Gorden/Buck Rogers kinda thing and I like it.

Be sure to check out the blog, the site and the work of the illustrator, the inspiring Gene Gonzales.

I found you through Chris's blog. I've been really enjoying the Perils on Planet X and am looking forward to getting the whole thing.

I'm another friend of Chris Mills, and another interplanetary romance fan, who found his way over here. I really like your work, Jeff. Very evocative. Do you have any guesstimates as to when FIRE GODS OF VENUS will be out?
And, almost related, I just started S.M. Stirling's THE SKY PEOPLE, which is set on a very inhabited Venus. Have you read it yet? What did you think of it?

Hi Bill and thanks the support and enthusiasm - I'm hoping for late summer/early fall on the book. We've got the World Fantasy Con here this year and I want to be flogging it there.

I read the Sky People and am looking forward to the next one set on Mars. I really do miss interplanetary romance, and the Sky People only echos that - but I did enjoy it.
